We help businesses, promoters and CFOs raise funding from ₹1 Crore to ₹500 Crore+ by connecting them with our network of Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).

By using our Services or submitting your details through our website, callback form or WhatsApp, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

  • Funding requirement details, including the loan type (business loan, working capital, project finance, loan against property, etc.) and the approximate loan amount you select via our slider or callback form.
  • Business and financial information you choose to share with us or our partner Banks/NBFCs during the loan-facilitation process, such as financial statements, GST returns, bank statements and KYC documents.
  • Any other information you provide when you call us, WhatsApp us, email us, or fill any enquiry form on our website.

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time spent on our website, collected through standard web-server logs and analytics tools.

3How We Use Your Information

We do not use your financial information for any purpose other than facilitating your funding requirement and improving our services, unless you give us specific consent for something else.

4Sharing With Banks, NBFCs & Partners

EZEE Finserv acts as a corporate finance and debt-syndication facilitator. To process your funding request, we may need to share your contact details, funding requirement and (where you have provided them) financial/KYC documents with:

  • Banks and NBFCs in our partner network who may be able to offer you the funding product you are looking for.
  • Professional advisors (such as chartered accountants or legal counsel) engaged to structure your transaction, where relevant.
  • Service providers who help us operate our website, CRM, telephony and WhatsApp systems, strictly to enable them to perform services on our behalf.
  • Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Any Bank or NBFC that receives your information as part of the loan-facilitation process will process it under its own privacy and data-protection policies once you engage with them directly.

5Calls, SMS, WhatsApp & Email

When you submit your mobile number through our website (including the "Get a Call Back" form) or message us on WhatsApp, you consent to being contacted by EZEE Finserv and/or its representatives via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email regarding your funding enquiry, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC), to the extent permitted under applicable telecom regulations for transactional/service communication related to your own enquiry.
