By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a call back, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services.
EZEE Finserv is a corporate finance and debt-syndication advisory firm. We help businesses, promoters and CFOs raise funding — typically from ₹1 Crore to ₹500 Crore+ — by evaluating their requirement and connecting them with our extensive network of Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) for products such as corporate loans, project & term finance, working capital/cash credit, loan against property, debt syndication, promoter financing, machinery/equipment finance and construction finance.

We reserve the right to verify any information provided and to decline or discontinue assistance if information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.
Submitting an enquiry, callback request or documents to EZEE Finserv does not guarantee that you will be approved for, or receive, any loan or funding. Loan approval, sanctioned amount, interest rate, tenure and other terms are determined solely by the relevant Bank or NBFC, based on their own credit policies, underwriting criteria and regulatory requirements, which are beyond our control. EZEE Finserv makes no representation or warranty regarding approval timelines, interest rates, or funding outcomes.
Any advisory or facilitation fee applicable for our services, if any, will be communicated to you separately and transparently before you engage us for a specific mandate, and will be governed by a separate written engagement/fee agreement. Fees, processing charges, interest rates and other costs charged by the partner Bank/NBFC for the loan itself are set by that Bank/NBFC and are outside EZEE Finserv's control; please review the relevant lender's sanction letter/loan agreement carefully before accepting any offer.
Once your case is referred to a partner Bank or NBFC, your relationship for the actual loan is directly with that institution and governed by its own terms, conditions, KYC requirements and privacy policy. EZEE Finserv is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, decisions or service quality of any Bank, NBFC or other third party in our network, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist and coordinate on your behalf during the process.
By submitting your mobile number or email address through our website (including the "Get a Call Back" form) or by messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to being contacted by EZEE Finserv and/or its authorised representatives via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email for purposes related to your funding enquiry, even if your number is registered under the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC), to the extent such contact is permitted for service/transactional communication relating to your own request.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZEE Finserv and its representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or your provision of false or misleading information.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or discontinue providing our Services to any person, or to stop assisting with a particular funding enquiry, at any time — including where we suspect misuse of our Services, provision of false information, or any activity that may expose EZEE Finserv or its partners to legal or reputational risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices or applicable law. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
